Superior machine no doubt, the answer to that is a no brainer. The scram beats it at just about everything imaginable. Yamaha needs to really put some work into that machine imo, they have all the hardware to make it more competitive. Full time 4wd still?? c'mon

The Polaris Scrambler 500 4X4 is probably about the best 'all around' machine. With the right tires and experience you can wheelie, mud, race, trail ride, and do modest jumps until your hearts content!
I have had my Scrambler almost anywhere a bigger 4WD goes and been on some hairy trails without a problem.
I suggest the newest you can afford and as long as you take care of it, it will take care of you!
