Default Is there such a big difference?

Hey guys,

I still have the stock 21 inch POS Dominators on the front of my DS.

I'm wondering if switching to a good 23" MX front tire will make a big difference in handling....

I'm tired of trying to powerslide around a corner and the front end just slides along with it....almost throwing me off into the woods .

you still running those pieces of crap? dude, throw them in the trash. its not just the diameter, but also the flat profile that sucks.
if you run 22" in the rear, get 23" fronts, if you run 20" rear get 22" fronts. this keeps the caster at a more ideal angle, and this improved caster angle helps handling, as well as the better rounder profile, softer rubber, and superior traction of anything other than the dominators.
contrary to popular belief, the Baja a-arms, which are now standard on all DS's, have the exact same geometry as the old a-arms and the improved handling of the Baja that everybody raved about is due only to the tires, both front and rear contribute to the better handling.

Durability for front tires aren't a big issue are they?? I still have the Dominators on my 3-year old DS and they show no signs of wear...

I might buy a set of Holeshot fronts, but I want to make sure if they wear fast or not?

Holeshots would be a great tire tyrespinner. They don't wear fast and one of the best performance tires.
