has anybody cut the fenders on a raptor?? how did it look?

 

they look better with fenders....in my opinion

 

I do a lot of drag racing so that is the main reason I cut mine but I do not like it on the trails. Word of warning; if you ride in muddy conditions you will get rapped up from head to toe. CUT FENDERS- GOOD FOR DRAG RACING- NOT GOOD FOR MUDDY OR SLIGHTLY MUDDY TRAIL RIDING. Slim

 

On the huevos six video is looks SWEET, i did it to my shee, and would do it to a raptor if i had one.

 

If you are just doing it for looks, I would leave them alone. Or maybe buy a second set off ebay and cut them and keep one set stock. The Raptor just doesn't look right with them cut.

 

I like the looks of the cut fenders I did this on my old plastics! I just put new Maeir plastics on mine, and will most likely not cut them (at least for a while)!!! I think it really looks nice though!

 

hondaracer when did huevos 6 come out?

 

at first i didnt like it, but after going to the track a couople of times its growing on me a lot. It makes it look intimidating and wider.

 

i usually run it on trails or sand .. still havent been on the mud. so i like the idea of buying an extra set from ebay and cutting those.
