When you enter a parts house and act like an *** then you may very well be Brad taxed...the process of Brad taxing usually includes marking up a product just because the person is a jerk-off.

My favorite is giving someone a discount of 15 percent and marking the part up 30 percent

Everyone does it...but I'll admit it...I have zero patience for some people...these people are tracked by a symbol

()()

This mark means the person is a real *** and they deserve extra attention

Anyone else use these methods? And what do you call this SURCHARGE?

LOL I remember when I first got into retail many years ago. The customer whas swearing and just being outright rude to my co-worker, all the while my co-worker kept a smile on his face. I asked him how he could smile after the customer left and he said the price went up $1 for every rude comment he took.

Beware when your cussing out the salesman and he is smiling at you. It might be the same person.
