After going through two sets of ITP rims and seeing them leak like a siv, I am not too excited to try their tires.

Catch this,

ITP wheels are known to leak horribly when introed to sand. Resale value on ITP rims here is about 30%. Compare that to Douglas resaling for 75%. That's straight from the dealers. Here in the Midwest, ITP's are worthless.

That solidifies my belief in Douglas rims

 

yeah i got a set of the itp sand stars they are a bad *** sand tire they hook up really good and put on a good show too unlike regular angle blades they throw rooster tails like straight ones but still turn like angles i even ran over a log at silver lake with them and they didnt even get scared it takes a little out of the bike but not too much i ride a yfz 450 and it was still kickin some *** everywhere i went so i recommend them the only prob is that there going to be a little hard to get ahold of cause they are new so good luck to ya

 

ITP tires rip it up, I got the Holeshot XCR's in the back and MX's in the front, awesome improvement... But being an X-tire installer I can tell you that their rims are crap cept for the new cast aluminum utility style rims... Douglas all the way, running douglas Ultimate Billet rears and holding up perfect since the day I installed them, never added air once, same with the MX's on stock rims in the front.... ITP rims are too soft, they won't even garauntee install here at the shops round here cause they are just that soft!
