advantage to a 10x10 wheel over a 10x8
#1
hey guys im thinking about getting some new wheels and see you can get 10x10 rear.. i always run 10 or 11" wide rear tires.. so would the 10" wide wheel work great or would it cause it to de-bead easier? Also what is the offset of the stock DS rear wheels, is it 4"/4" or is it 5"/3"??? thanks guys

The stock rear wheel for a DS is a 9x9 & the Baja is 9x8.5. I run the 10x9 douglass with a 22x10x10 Pure Sport Bandit XC and they work great. But the 10x10 would probally work good with a 22x11x10 ITP holeshot xct. Also I think the stock offset is 5" to the ouside and 4" to the inside.

Thanks,
I am going to get a 04 Baja X. I had the seat cover done in marine grade material. It has been threw mud, water, dirt, & sand and still looks brand new. But it cost me $100 to have done.
