What kind of quad do you have?

The first thing I do when mounting maiers fenders is throw the instructions and half the mounting kit away!

kiphonda, nice looking EX. You should get some more pics of it up.

P.S. Sure you won't remove that guy peeing on the Ford? Ok then just add one peeing on a Chevy. LOL Good site though.

I can't tell anything by how your purple fenders are mounted.

i think you should be able to manage gettin the rear plastic on by yourself. the front requires some thinkin. first you have to stick your hold headlight hardware in the new plastic. then just set that plastic on the quad where you think it ought to go. the gas tank cover goes over that and the side panels go underneath that at the rear bolting spot. bolt those up. then, i think there are bolts that keep the side panels snug with the frame that should be thightened up. then go back to the gas tank cover: instead of using the bolts for the front mounting of the gas tank cover i used zip ties to fasten it to the front plastic. if you remember the small metal arms that stuck out in the front to hold up your old plastic, leave those on. drill 2 holes that go through both the side panels and the front plastic toward the very corner. put a bolt through one to hold them together, and zip tie the other to that small arm. if you have the race plastic it may be slightly different. also, this is all coming from the mind of a 16 year old, so there may be better ways to do some of those things.

/me rides a 2000 honda 400EX with maier purple plastic, purple renthal bars, black seat cover, motion pro twist throttle, prm full body skid plate, prm swing arm skid plate, prm front bumper, 22 inch blackwaters on rear, and in the mail are graydon proline aluminum nerf bars and 20 inch turf tamers. go to www.angelfire.com/stars/stuff4
