I finally did my 100 hr rear bearing packing and cleaning. For those with a new DS it is much easier than I thought it would be. I never ride in sand but there was a lot of crap in the bearings. I think from now on I will repack every 50-75hrs instead. I have one question though for you guru's of the DS. Do I need the tool to re-torque the axle bearings or is there a way to properly torque the bearing nut with an off the shelf product?
