I'm 300 ft. drag racing a scrambler HPD trail mod machine. Would the new comet clutch give me more?? and would an HPD belt be worth it??

 

that is a 400 scrambler that I'm drag racing. but would like info. on both 400 and 500. Thanx

 

go and read the other post about the comet clutch..im going to say yeah the belt is worth it..

 

for drag racing,it is the ultimate fast combination for a unequaled shift
out,the clutch is so much efficient that it doesn't need a stiffer
primary spring,when it engage,the rear end got a real hard snap to the chain and sprocket.it is not really good for slow trail riding tough,
as you only have to snap and and go.
