Good Evening,

I picked up 2005 Polaris Scrambler Project and I'm trying to reassemble the rear axle. I'm having a problem with axle nut assembly clearing the retaining ring slot to allow me to put in the retaining ring. I have a service manual and it seems strait forward but I'm missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I resolved it, there was an old bearing chase on the right side which was causing it not to go all the way though. Removed it and now all put together. Sorry for the false alarm!
