One of the biggest problems is the chain slipping and it will get bound up and break your engine case by the front sprocket. To prevent this check the chain slack often and the condition of your rear chain guide. There is a bolt on part that someone sells on Ebay that is supposed to prevent this, I got it but I don't know if it works or not. It's better than nothing

Outer tie rod ends bend and break easily, fix this by threading the tie rod as far as you can onto the outer tie rod end, the inner don't ever seem to bend. So by doing this you reinforce the outer tie rod ends and they don't bend as easily. If you ask me all used warrior's have a hard clutch pull. I don't know how you would fix this, I would guess with a hydraulic clutch setup. Just something to think about. Warrior's engines and trans are really bulletproof and I have never really heard of a frame problem with them. They are a solid quad and are known as great hill climbers, not as fast but that they don't flip over backwards easily. You'll enjoy the warrior, just take care of it,

Patrick
