I bought this '84 200s and it starts and will idle fine.

When I give it gas the ATC starts to back-firer and then die.

 

Not sure if this would cause it but is your choke on?

 

Check the carb for water and garbage. Make sure the slow jet and idle jets are clean. Clean the air filter, and last make sure the head pipe and muffler pipe connection are sealed and tight. An air gap there will make it backfire and die. Later Joe. Also throw in a new plug their cheap.

The carb was all gummed up... cleaned that out ran some carb cleaner threw it and that little bike pepped right up!

Quick question anyone know if you can get a gun rack, rack mount or a trailier hit for that little guy?

 

ya u can order that stuff through dennis kirk or your local atv shop could prolly order it for u to but yes they do make that stuff for three wheelers.
