Does the lift kits for this bike lift the frame or the whole bike? Could anybody give me some information on that?

 

I could be wrong, but I think it is just a spacer that goes between the bottom of your shock and the shock mount. On our Grizz, it should effectively lift up the whole bike, including the underbelly.

Does that make sense?

Unless they have come up with something new, all they had was the front lift for the Grizz. As of last year, they hadn't figured out how to lift the rear.
