I recently went to 22" Kenda Klaws, and will soon be ordering a set of 22" ITP Sandstars, Should I go a 14, or 15 tooth front sprocket, and if I go to a 14 will my chain still tighten far enough or will I need to remove links. Also it seems that I've read that there is interference with with some parts when installing the 14. Is this true.

15/42 is the best way to go. Perfect for 22" tires.

The 14 will not work without taking out a link or two, already tried.

the 14 works just fine on a all stock machine, a few things to be aware of is the top engine mount that big bolt make sure the nut is on the shifter side just have to trust me on that other than that it's a good set up. oh that gearing will help you a lot for the sand i don't know about the dirt and mud.

You guys got a 14 to fit with a 40 rear? I tried and ran out of chain adjustment, maybe I'll have to try again.
