My friend had that problem on his raptor. He had to flood it to get it started. We tried a plug, and messed with the carbs. Then decided to check the valve adj. 4 out of the 5 were out of adj. we adjusted them and put it back togather and it runs great.
I would definetly start with the plug first though.
