Retail prices reduced.

Honda has recently reduced their prices of some models for 2004. It's misleading because Honda also shows the new 2004 prices for 2003. I'm sure that some people will be happy to see the reduced prices. While others will be pissed because they bought a 2003 model for too much money. I'm kinda pissed. It kills the resale value. Not to mention those scumbag dealerships that knew a price change was coming but still tried to get as much as they could out of the 2003's. I had priced 2004's at the same time and the sales scum would make it sound like the prices were going to be higher for a 2004 model. ATV dealerships are lying pieces of excrement.
Here are some of the changes-
2004 Recon $3299. from $3499.
2004 250EX $3499. from $3899.
2004 300EX $4499. from $4799.
2004 400EX $5299. from $5699.
2004 Foreman 450S $5799. from $6199.
So if you're looking to buy a 2003 model, WATCH YOUR WALLET!

That is a drag kind of like what GM is doing right now with all the rebates that were not available just 3 months ago.
Would have hated to purchase a new truck and then now you could purchase the same model 3 to 4 thousand dollars cheaper after your best deal.
Thanks for the information but there still is some good dealers out there that I know of.

How does that country song go? "I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then." Something like that. - I just have to find my happy place and everything will be alright. If I only had an outhouse.

Guys, is this really a surprise? Think about all of the great new quads that have come out in the last year as '03 and '04 models. V-force, Z/KFX/AC400, Predator, YFZ to name the sport models. New models take demand from the older ones. So do new model years. Just like the car business, Sept and Oct they blow out 03's, and get 04's. buy an 04 in the first 3 months of release and you pay close to retail. Wait til 6 months you get discounts. Some of the discounts and financing deals roll over to the new models, too.
