Default DVX400 vs. Pred 500

The deal: Alright for my next quad I want it to be a full sport quad and I'm a begginer of atv's sport quads

What would be the better quad to get? DVX 400 or Pred. 500

My deal-
*I suck at clutch
*6'0,221 lbs.
* Wants to get a pure American quad

well, the dvx 400, although built by arctic cat, is the suzuki z400 quad, with arctic cat graphics, colors, and plastic. But motor and everything about it is the z.

Also you said you werent too good with the clutch, i wouldnt suggest either of these quads to people who havent learned the clutch yet. But if you do go for one of these, the pred is good, bit heavy, but i would say the arctic cat. Built from the z, whcih is a great quad, very durable, and wont be too much quad to get used to a clutch on.

Long Name Guy, I have both (Z400 actually), and without a doubt the best quad of the 2 for a beginner is the Z400/KFX/AC. People find the clutch and gearing on the ZKFXAC, much easier to use that the Predator. I've trained at least 5 to 6 beginners (minimal clutch experience) on the Z. They've picked right up in less than 1 hour - so you can too.
