update for cold and or poor running quality go to your dealer ask him about it is for all 03and04 600 and 700s there is differant needle, spring ,pilot ,main jet ,I believe it is a 157 instead of 155 I am putting a 162 in you got to have fuel when i put my clutch kit in (epi) recomended that i put in a 162.5 main in anyway I'd like to here how other 700's are running if you guys have any questions please ask i have an awesome dealer he always keeps me running great

I own a 2003 700, did the clutch kit help.What altitude are you for your jet and have you had problems with leaks from your coolent I have . Did polaris tell you to take there safety course or they would'nt honor there warrenty.

 

I would call my attorney general about the warranty issue as the warranty is on the quad and not you... Unless the safety video expresses maintenance and upkeep I cannot see how that would be legal. But hey a safety course is something we all should take what does it take but part of a day to take but could save our lives one day.

 

Ive owned 10 atvs and attended the safety course when I bought my hondas and they paid me 75 dollars so I think Its a waste of time that I have little of to attend another class.
Polaris Is going to lose sales If they keep this up and I wont buy another one and what a hassle having to get a lawyer for a warranty thats mine.

 

the clutch kit is a epi sport utility kit its awesome didnt lose top end ...and the bog from 15 to 20 mph is gone ,,,
i just had the update on the carb in today havent really tried it yet, but the cold starts and cold running is alot better ... i live in the u.p. of michigan pretty much sea leval ,,, and yes had to watch a F#$%%#n safety video...
