Lower end oil in my 1988 KDX 200??

Default Lower end oil in my 1988 KDX 200??

What kind of lower end oil should I use in my 1988 Kawasaki KDX 200?

Default Lower end oil in my 1988 KDX 200??

the service manual calls for 10w-30,10w-40, its your choice and being its getting winter time i would go with a lighter weight oil

Default Lower end oil in my 1988 KDX 200??

a good oil that can withstand going through gears, your regular (motor oil) isnt ment to go through gears, thats why in cars there is motor oil and trans fluid in your dirt bike its does bothand reg car motor oil will break down quicker and require changing more often

Default Lower end oil in my 1988 KDX 200??

i would use spectro clutch saver or castrol mtx gearbox oil both are really good and designed for the bottom end of 2 strokes...hope this helps....
