anyone tried or know how to upgrade to 2 master cylinders on a 300 4x4. dont the 2004 have them this way. interested in doing this. thanks for the help.

 

I was wondering the same thing. The foot brake is useless, you have to basically stand on the thing to get it to work. I also have the soft brake lever during a hard ride.

 

The footbrake was never intended as a stopping brake. Originally was the park brake, hand brake runs all brakes. As for soft brakes check rotors and wheel bearings if first pull is soft and then gets better on second pull.

 

I know olddirtybastard has put them on his 500i. You mite be able to get the master cylinder and caliper for the 04,s and fab it on.
