Anyone know what a stock XR650 puts out for Horsepower?

I know White Brothers has a kit the can add 20hp to a stock XR650.

What are the stock crf450 hp numbers?

After how many hours do you have to rebuild the crf top end/engine and average cost?

 

i think the bone stock choked up xr650 has 4ehp and crf450 has 48. with the emmisions junk off i think the xr has 55hp

I'm going out on a limb here...but is it safe to say you are asking this for the new trx450r and the rumors of the 650ex?? I think this 450r may just outpower the YFZ...it seems to be based on a better motor, DONT BASH ME FOR THIS...jmo and I know not to talk about something that hasn't come out yet, I'm just making a prediction on the HP #'s.

Rebuild frequency for the 450 is a good question. I heard the dirt bike needs rings ever 15 hrs., but nobody who owns one has ever backed that up. If Honda is going to race the 450 in the Baja 1000, that is a lot more than 15 hrs.!! I don't think they are gong to do the top end at every pit stop.

The XR650 will go 125 mph. How fast will the CRF450 go???

 

I also heard the rings need replaced every 10-15hrs but the guys I know have been going 100hrs before changing.

One guy I know has done a complete top-end job on his crf 450 twice now at 22hrs though!

I was talking about the dirt bikes engines I know there would be alot different from a quad if put in a frame so just looking for numbers on dirt bikes.
My own thoughts are the YZF is the better quad and next year when bumper to a full 450cc will be even better. But I would buy a Honda for the name any day over a Yamaha I like my realiablity.

300 feet yes the 416ex has tons of torque over the Predator, over 300 feet the Predator wins everytime.
I did some drag racing and tinkering over the summer and I now have a my stock Predator running same times as my ex in 300 feet.
