My dad is looking to buy a Kazuma Meerkat 50cc for my brother. I was wondering if this is a decent quad for the money. We want to stay away from Suzuki and all the name brands becuase they are $1000 more and you don't get as much bike with them. I know the Kazuma is a 4 stroke, elec start, 4 speed auto with headlight. Sounds like a good bike but I don't know anyone with one so I want to know how they are. Please give me your opinion. Thanks

I bought a Meerkat for my daughter in Feb of 2005. So far it has proven to be very dependable. I have rode it more then her and it has held up very well to the abuse.
