In regards of bigger / smaller do you mean in height or width?

Height I don't think will affect much other than ground and fender clearance. Width is a different story. You have to watch out for having a tire that is too wide because it can scrub the frame/fenders while turning and it also makes the quad harder to turn.

A skinny tire will sink into sand a bit more but otherwise should be fine .. though I'm not sure if you can get a tire thinner than the 7" that comes stock ..

Different front tires have different characteristics. General feeling is that the stock tires are crap on the Warrior and I tend to agree. I've replaced the rears with Razr's. New front tires would probably improve your steering response. A lighter tire will also help if you want to do wheelies. I'm still using my stock fronts cuz I can't afford to replace them. They're not worn out yet either .. and the quad still turns

Hope that helps

They do great for the amount of sand riding I do .. I couldn't stop in the middle of a steep sand hill and start off again, but if I keep my speed and forward momentum I don't have any troubles.

With more distance between the rim and the ground, taller side walls means they offer some more cushion but the sidewall can flex in hard turns and turning predicability suffers. A smaller and stiffer side wall dosent flex as much and turning is more predicable but the ride can be hasher on rougher terrain.

The solution is a tire with a nine inch inside diameter, meaning more predicability than the taller side walls while more cushion than the small inside diameter the. stock diameter tire size is all round the best IMO.
