YFZ Got Red Stickered
#1
Californians-My friend's YFZ got red stickered. As I recall, if there is a 3 or C in the 8th position of the VIN, it gets red????? Can anybody confirm that??? He hasn't gotten back to me with his VIN yet, so I am not sure what it is.

Its a jacked up California registration thing. Green stickers can ride the whole year, while red stickers can only ride part of the year. From what I understand...all bikes and quads are supposed to go to green stickers. This system is so jacked up...why would one YFZ get red and another gets green?? California's wonderful, isn't it??

I have a white sticker
actually, you can get away with NOT registering your bike here in La. I know many people that don't. I don't even bother renewing mine, or, I haven't in the past
