Thats erasier said than done. As much as I hate California, I love it the same. I have the beach, the desert, the mountains with snow, all within a 1 hour drive from me. I also have 3 of the best Dunes in the country within a 3 hour or so drive from me. Dumont, Glamis and Pismo. Ok well, 2 of the best Dunes. Not to mention some of the best weather. Now it has a lot of problems also but ya gotta take the good with the bad. Or not. I'd move to Montana in a heart beat if I could.

 

Hey, we have a lot of political crap here, but where else can you ride dunes BELOW sea level one day, high desert (~4,000') the next day, and mountains over 10,000' the day after??? And, go skiing AND surfing on New Years Day!! While most of you are freezing your tails off this winter, we will be riding in our shirt sleves!
