better carb for sp600

Default better carb for sp600

Has anyone found a better Direct Replacement carb for the sp600's???? I'm getting sick and tires of sticking slide,
plugged/stuck jet, and intermittant no idle problems I've had with mine since it was new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default better carb for sp600

I have a 2003 700. and put the heat seat header and pipe on and a flat side carb 38mm and clutch kit.
And now it's a bike.

38 MM TMX - Sportsman 700 and 600
The 38 TMX flatslide carb flows 30% more than the stock 34 CV carb. Get 3 HP, instant throttle response and quick acceleration.

600/700 Sportsman Super Header A 5-6 peak horsepower gain will give a noticeable increase in power for trail riding or mudding.

EPI Clutch Kit.

Default better carb for sp600

If there's any slack on your thumb throttle your bike will Idle bad and die,the adjustment Is on the cable on the handle bars, make It so theres no slack on the thumb throttle
My machine Is getting counter weight installed for the trans today I'll let you know If It helps and getting jetted for high alt they say It makes a big dif.
