Default 39 pwk or aggresive clutch?

Just got a FMF Gnarly pipe and Turbinecore II silencer in my 2000 scrambler 400. I don't have enough cash left atm for both a pwk carb and the clutch so which would be the first to get? I plan to get both once I have a lil more extra cash(only 16 so im workin forf it!).

Give Rick Ritter a call and go with the clutch kit.(618)644-3211.

Definitely a clutch setup. You should be able to go with the aggressive setup. Mods are never good unless the clutch works with it.

Personally, I would talk to Ritter and get his inexpensive clutch kit that mainly has a spring in it and then buy the 39PWK. He has a REALLY good clutch kit that is cheap. The carb WILL make a difference. It wakes that 400 UP!.

I have the HPD pipe, 30PWK carb and the inexpensive clutch kit and the quad will go anywhere and do anything in the trails. Also, I never worry about drag racing and losing because I rarely do. It takes a whole lot of quad to beat a 400 tuned to a pipe, carb and clutch kit.

The 400 is NOT good on a moto X track, but it is VERY good for all around riding and trail riding.

Do the carb and Ritter's inexpensive clutch kit. You won't regret it.

I did the spring thing on my 400 and Imust say that I am much happier with the aggressive kit from HPD. It is very snappy and wheelies over stuff with ease. Seems to work pretty well on the trails also, and I ride some pretty rutted out rocky trails.
