02 sp 700 stuck in 4wd

02 sp 700 stuck in 4wd
My dad's 02 sp. 700 got stuck in awd the other day and has yet to come out. WE have tried reverse and turning it on and off a couple times and still no luck. Has anybody else had this happen and maybe no how to fix it? thanx
