Stock clutching info on Sp600

Default Stock clutching info on Sp600

Looking for the following info:

Primary spring color and weight (initial and final)
Secondary spring color and weight (initial and final)
Primary clutch weights
Secondary helix angles

also jetting specs (main & pilot)

I have the info at home in service manual. I'll post it this evening if no one else has.

Default Stock clutching info on Sp600

The stock springs are blue/green primary, white secondary, weights are 50.5. If you do a search you'll find the spring weights posted.

Default Stock clutching info on Sp600

According to Polaris service manual RE: 2003 600

Main jet: 155

Pilot jet: 45

Pilot air jet: 160

Primary spring: blue/green

Secondary spring: White/yellow

Clutch weihts: 10 MH (50.5 gr) (0-6,000 ft) should be what's stock
10 WH (46 gr) (6,000-12,000 ft)

Do you have any idea what the lb rate of the primary and secondary springs are?

How about the converter helix angles?

Default Stock clutching info on Sp600

According to the graph ( if I'm reading it correctly), the blue/green is about 130 pounds at full upshift and 18 pounds in neutral and it goes down in between the two. I don't see anything for the secondary force. It only shows the different ones available. You might could find out Here.
