Besides 4 snows and pro wedges, are there any light 2 ply tire that grows and will fit on a 9 inch rim?

I havent found any that work as well as the 4 snows

 

What size 4-snows and rim do you use?
How much does the tire really grow?
For every 2 inches of growth you could change down 1 tooth up front.

 

9" but I dont know how much they grow. They hook up great and you can run them front or backwards. Each tracks up different.

Shredders hook up better than the Ohtsu's they are soft.. but hook up like crazy. I can't recommend them enough.

 

do you race at monkey butt? my friend really likes his fast trekkers for the drags. they seem to hook up pretty good. i have shredders n they suck. i lost last time cuz i had zero traction with them. if i had my choice tho i'd get the pro wedges or 4 snows. a lot of the big guys are runnin realtors but their a really heavy tire. holeshot MX's seem to work pretty damn good too

 

Yes, my son and I go to the monkeybutt races often.
We tried front struts the last time and with the kenda klaws ran well.
We were looking for a tire that had some growth since the ds is not a high revving motor in stock form.

 

juggalo you really didn't get traction with the shredders? Man me and my Stage III bud got them. In fact he was so impressed with his he got a set. With all those ***** the traction is far superior than the Ohtsu. I don't know if they expand but they do a great job for me. I guess anything is better than the DOminators.
