Tell me about WSM rebuild kits...Please
#1
Checking around on ebay and found these kits. Can somebody tell me about them. Seem like a good deal for what is included in the kit. I know it's not wiseco and the like but just interested in them for econo rebuilds.
Thanks

Kind of always wondered that too. I assumed the WSM is a cast piston and I stayed away from them. If they are stronger than the stockers and you have a bone stock motor, then it would be fine. Even the factory slugs made last a few years under normal conditions. I have to always mod mine a little hence the use for forged pistons. Maybe someone knows the exact answer

i tried one in my modified 400 xplorer and it lasted less than one hour. they look better than the stock pistion( used in jet ski's alot) but the one i got did not last. I went back to my wiseco pistion - there have been some good prices on wiseco pistion kit on e-bay.
