You could get a warrior for a decent price, or you could probably snag a nice 400ex.
Watch the trader and the paper right now. It is that time of year to buy a quad for a good price, with tax time, and christmas rollin around the corner.

Yeah for sure not blaster man, the minute you get on one, try turning the
wheels all the way to left or right - it won't happen. Your leg will be in the way constantly and it's very annoying. The top speed of a blaster
on blacktop I believe is in the neighborhood of 56-58mph.
A 400EX would be an awesome machine for a guy of your size,
it'll do about 66mph and gets up there quick and smooth. But it
doesn't have reverse ot kick start. I think the new 300EX's have kick
start and electric, or one of the other or something like that and it probably has reverse. I think the blaster and 300EX are pretty close for top
speeds, but a good pipe(eg, white brothers) really wakes up a 300EX.
Warriors are real good too, but I am not too familiar with their newer ones,
any yamaha fanatics here to help this guy out?

Get a 300EX. Good reliable machine that has some power. People will say you are to big for it but I rode a 250X when I was 255 lbs for two years and never had a single problem and never thought it was to small. Try to find a 94-95 300EX should be able to get one at a good price.
