it's a simple bracket and a set of snowmobile skis.

When I was younger, we used the cheap little plastic skis that strap to your boot. One ski strapped to the front wheel of a dirt bike with the front brake zip tied, zoom zoom!

like tyre said its a pair of sled skis and a custom bracket, as you can see from the picts there is a piece from the ski to the spindle, and a piece off that to the fender mount
