I used to sell the honda and my brother has a kodiak, but even thoough im more of a yamaha fan id have to go with the honda, but ill tell you this, they both are better than the old 300 and 400 prairie, man i hated those things.

 

I would pick the kodiak 400 only if was one with the low range. I am not a fan of hte electric system and in fact traded a honda 350es 4x4 that I won at a ATV rally for a Kodiak 450. If the honda had the foot shift it wouldve been a lot harder making the decision!
