Whats the difference between a 250x and a 300ex! The x has a kick starter. What about everything else like speed?

the speed between the 250x and 300ex are so close its not even worth argueing over....the EX has the slight advantage in speed

ive heard that the 300ex has a bigger bore and the 250X has a bigger carb and no rev limiter?

i THINK so....im not sure about the rev limiter off hand...i could let you know for sure this weekend when I'm able to be infront of both tho :-)

we've had both. the 250X was lighter, reportedly had more hp, more compression, revved faster and it was faster. more fun to ride too. at least the one we had was. it would eat a warrior easy. all bikes were stock.

Is the X electric start??? Can't remember, it's been a lot of years since I rode one. Doesn't EX mean electric starter?????

no the X only had kickstart. yes, EX was honda's way of saying electric start.
