Default Polaris Aluminum Rims

I have the '02 scrambler-x with the painted aluminum rims and would like to know if there is an easy way to remove the paint then polish the rims or is it a waste of time? and if possible what could I use to polish the rims that wouldn't take forever. Thanks for any info!

IMO, it wouldnt be worth the time. That would require A LOT of polishing to get them at the level of Douglas or ITP rims, then just to have themget dented up real easy? My vote is to just buy the good stuff in the first place
