Well, I was washing my Raptor back in summer and cut the black logo off my Raptor pipe. So I called Alba this evening, and they are shipping me three new metal decals for the pipe, and a couple stickers free of charge. Once agan, I have never had a problem with Alba Action Sports, and will not believe that they have bad customer service, or anything like that.

Plus the pipe is incredible.

 

i totally agree with you. i had problems w/ my pipe i had the bolts strip out and mess up so i coudlnt get the end cap out. and they sent me a whole new pipe free of charge. they are great out there. i think i will stick w/ alba parts if i can.

Hell, they called me right after I ordered my pipe, and called me the following week to make sure I was happy with the pipe and the shipping. And I had 2 day air shipping, and the 4th of july screwed that up, and they refunded me my 2 day air shipping cause it was a day late, and just charged me regular shipping.

Alba has always treated me right.
