It is not too often that a product will exceed my expectations especially a simple bolt on one like the big gun cdi but this was a pleasant surprise from a performance standpoint.I was getting frustrated with the stock cdi cutting out so soon and i would have been happy if the big gun eliminated only that problem but it also changed the way the power comes on and it seems to affect the power curve from top to bottom. The big gun may not add true horsepower but it does affect and change the power delivery to where it is much more useful especially in a drag race situation.I am giving my opinion on this because i actually went to the dunes today and got real results and sometimes the reviews we read from a major publication are simply to promote their product but the big gun cdi is in my opinion a very good investment for a true performance gain.
