250ex trouble

Default 250ex trouble

Its been artic cold here and i am having trouble getting my ex stared.. it got wet a couple days ago but i am pretty shure the water evaporated because i cleaned it and rode like theres no tommro after wards. i can get it to start with the choke on but as it goes it dies.. i have no clue on what to do.

Default 250ex trouble

sounds like what happend to mine but not becuase of the cold. make it idel a little more, but no so much that it make you move in 1st gear. after than start it up and it shouldnt die on you. i did that and sometimes i dont even need to use the choke, it starts up and stays on.

i am dumb i raised my idle and cleaned everthing and i found that i had the gas on off


ya i did the exact same thing and alls i have to do to start my ex is too push the electric start button for like a second and its running.


I knew the ex can never have a problem
