Ricochet Skid Plates / others for a Foreman 450
#1
Tell me what you know about Ricochet skid plates, or your brand of preference for my Foreman 450ES. I've done quite a bit of research, so far the Ricochet setup looks the best. Very nice stuff, great coverage, and a good price for the whole kit (front and underbelly skid, a-arm guards, and rear skid).
What do you guys run, and how do you like it?
Thanks for any replies.

utahsportcycle.com This is where you may want to go. I have bought two sets. Very well made. Durable, but on one I had to re-drill the hole for fitting. Other than that, excellent.

I was looking at the ricochet at first but opted for the API's.
Good coverage and since they are located in La (and thats not lower alabama)
I figured they must know what they are doing.
Front bash plate and A-Arms were about 90.00 for the set. I ordered them directly via phone and i had them in 3 days.
Nice people.

Pinkmoon- Shadetreepowersports.com has a DG Baja skid for $69.00. It is listed for the Foreman 400 but should fit your quad. The item# is 67-2240. If you look at RockyMountainatv.com (I am looking at catalog) they have the same skid with the same item number for $121.99. The 400 and 450 were the same length up until 2002. I have mounted one on my 2003 450 but I had to trim a tiny bit around the lower bumper mount point.
