Default Scrambler '04 4x4 w/ winch....handle diff?

I am new to riding and just got a 04 scrambler..........I did some trail riding with a buddy with a sport quad......and i can keep up fine but his is about half the weight of the scrambler which is 560 dry......it is very tiring to control all this weight on the bumps and stuff. because his weights less I think he has an advantage because it is easily to control.

I purchased a winch and have not installed it yet.........The reason for the post is because natually I am not happy about the weight of the quad but i notice on bumps and stuff it tends to land front first giving a feeling that its gonna flip forward. even liening back........ I was wondering if adding the winch will the quad handle any diff? It states its 35lbs and the brackets is prob 5lbs. I just dont want it to handle any rougher or have more weight forward and cause it to flip.

I got the winch because i plan to add a plow so i figure i could use the winch as the plow lift too........but after handling this 560lb beast i have second thoughts of adding more weight to it and might go with the manual plow.

any help or suggestins will be helpfull............thanks

It will be a little heavier in front which isn't good if you are going to be jumping. If you decide not to intall your winch and plate, let me know, i may buy it from you. If you decide to sell it, send me a private message.
