Default 660R stock pipe

I have heard you can take the spark arrestor out of your stock pipe on the Raptor and get a pretty good h.p. gain without spending the money on an aftermarket slip on. Have any of you tried this, if so what about jetting? and how did it work for you?

You'll get more noise than power....

when I first got my bike, I took the arrestor out and punched out the plate that divides the two chambers in the stock pipe. Re-jetted and removed the airbox lid. I did feel a noticeable gain in power....and noise.
