On my 400EX where the Air Intake Boot connects to
the carburator; every time I check, the boot is loose and disconnected.

Is this a known problem and what is the remedy.

I ride MX tracks that are extremely dusty. I`m worried that I will get dust into my Carb.

Any Info on this and soon would be great.

Try blue locktight on the intake boot tightening screw. I have had them back out on CR's before.

It`s not the screw that comes lose. It is the boot itself. My friends 400EX and mine just pop off, from normal mx riding...It is every time I check the boot where it goes to the carb..I even had the dealer tighten it back on to make sure I wasnt doing it worng....It still comes off every time I ride...............What can i do to stop this.
