I need to replace the fender on my 400ex. The current on has a graphics kit on it, is there any way I can peel them off and put them on the new fender?

 

The only way I have done this is to take a heat gun and heat the back of the plastic hot to the touch. Check the front very frequently to make sure you don't blister the graphic. Depending on the glue they use, and how big the graphic is, you will have a good to poor results. Good luck.
