Default Cycle Country plow rubs tires 03 500 HO ????

Anyone else have a Cycle Country plow on their 03 500 HO. Works great, but if I try and angle the plow left or right the tires rub the back of the blade before the pin reaches the notch. Anyone else experience this, I did a search and couldn't find anything

I am not trying to get smart here. Did you check to make sure your mounts are in the right place? Are you sure you got the right push tubes for you quad? I have the cycle country on my 2000 and have plenty of extra room for the tilt on the blade. It sounds like the plow is mounted to far back or your push tubes are to short . Jay

No problem, the mounting was the first thing that I looked at and I could only see one place to put the plate and have the u-bolts line up with the holes. The tubes show the correct part number on the box so they should be good unless packaged wrong.

Snow season in about done so when I pull it I'll tip the bike on it's side and maybe I'll be able to see a way it could be mounted farther forward.

Are the mounting plates still under the foot rest? Is it possible that you swapped the mounts? I don't remember if they were designed to fit on only one side. If they were swapped if there is any offset in the connecting point it could move the push tubes back. Jay I hope that makes some sense.
