I need to verify that the bike I bought is a 2001. Where are the VIN and motor numbers??

on the left side of the main part of the frame. towards the front, right inbetween the a-arms and and the plastic is where it should be. at least thats were mines at

 

there are two places.......on the frame like it was stated above...front lower left side of the frame AND on a sticker usually underneath the seat on the scram's....the sticker may also be underneath the fender on the rear right on the frame tucked up under the wheel well......the sticker will tell you what year, mfg date, and s/n for your quad......it has a bar code on it as well.......

 

oh yeah......I forgot........if it hasn't been removed...you'll find another sticker right on the nose on the plastic in plain view......so there are actually 3 places........
