Drum brakes in back.
Does it squeek going over a bump? Could it be a swingarm bushing? Does it squeek using the brakes? Is the noise always there, when moving?

If you have any friends that owe you money have them hang off the rear rack while you are going fast and see if they can ascertain where the noise is coming from.J/K. Any chance that something got into the drums? AlaskaBoy.

You could also put it up on jackstands, and have it run in 2nd gear, and get a good look at where its coming from. Dried mud in the brake drum, stick rubbin on the driveshaft, rock wedged between drum and wheel. If its quiet on the stand....its probably suspension related.
