ATC 110- whats wrong???maybe i'll sell it?

I have an ATC 110, 83, and its high gears dont work right, and in low, once the machine is warm, the machine has no guts. What should i do??????

Repair or replace the subtransmission (the Hi-Low thingy); from the engine symptoms, sounds like you need new rings as a minimum; maybe oversize piston and rebore to go with 'em; maybe a valve job too.
