Does nebody kno nething about putting a turbo in a blaster? if u do could u explain how and what to do. or is there a website or someplace i can go to? my friend said somethin about some cars have small turbo systems on them that could b put on my blaster and i was wondering if nebody knos nethin about this stuff. thanx.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

in the one dirtwheels mag they had a blaster and put a small turbo charger out of a mini van in it. it was in the riders ride section and it was called the cheapest way to double the hp on you blaster i think

 

ya I have that one somewhere. I will look and see if that guy explained how he did it and pot back later.

Thats crazy, but cool at the same time. i bet that will put major wear on the engine in no time lol! ill just keep my blaster stock [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img] . altho i think i recall seeing that magazine with the Turbo-blaster in it!! i am interested just to see how the thing was installed?

 

theres a company that makes them for banshees take a look at one of them, im not usre if any place makes teh for blasters

 

yeah i read about that turbo blaster but he doesnt say how to install. but i have seen a eletric turbo for a blaster but it only added about 4 horse but it sounded pretty sweet

come on people. turbo's are to much for a blaster. it will fry the engine in no time and would be very unrelible. there are som things that arnt made for quads and this is one of them. what happend to other mods like boaring the cylender and piston. I saw a 400ex with a small turbo and the man said it was the most unreliable thing and he can only use it for drag but it still frys the engine, and thats a 4 stroke i can only imagine a two stroke.


just my 2 cents
