I think i might look for an ATC 250R to buy. I just happen to think they are the baddest lookin works of art this side of a 69 Hemi Barracuda
Plus they are cheap! $1000 for a 86, that rox.

Those ATC 250R's do look pretty awsome, good luck on the find. I am trying to find the 4 wheeled version of it but they seem pricey for something that is at least 10 yrs. old. Be carefull when ya find one, i imagine that they are light in the front. talk later, Steve

The ATC's are awesome. I have been riding one for awhile now. Be careful the first few rides--they're a beast. However, the power is fairly easy to get used to and control. The only downfall to the ATC is the front is a tad light on some of the steeper hills. I've ended up on my head more than once!

When and if i do get an ATC 250 R, it will be strictly a dune machine. If i end up flipping over, at least it is in the sand!

If you've got *****, do it! My brother has an '86 ATC250R, and it is
wicked! He's got an FMF pipe, silencer, and ram valve. Bored .80 over, and +4 swingarm. They are crazy fast, and a lot of fun. Trikes are really cool, but I'll stick with my LT250, but you'll probably like it if you're a Mopar man.

Yea, I did have my eye on an 85 ATC 250 R with a 500 CR motor in it. IT was a totally trick bike. Extended swingarm, aftermarket axle. The works. He only wanted 1500 for it, but by the time I had the cash, it was sold. So the hunt continues. Thanks for the input guys, I will let you know how it goes.
